DELIVERY Information

UK:

Your order will be packaged and sent within 3-5 working days of purchase. I often send orders out more quickly than that though.

UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For First Class or Tracked 24 (£5 flat rate)

If you would like me to send a gift directly to a recipient at a different address to save on extra posting, then the option to do so is available at the checkout. If you would like to add a personalised note in too, then just send me an email in response to the order confirmation email you receive.

IRELAND:

Delivery to Ireland is on hold due to problems with customs and An Post upon arrival in the country.

INTERNATIONAL:

If you would like to place an order from anywhere outside the UK, please email me beforehand if possible to check what the current situation regarding international postage. I will be very happy to help if you have any questions.

PLEASE BE AWARE: All international customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping of your order.
 
USA: I've resumed delivery to USA. However, please email me before placing an order as the postage cost may be higher than the flat rate stated if you are ordering items like bowls, vases and wooden birds, rather than jewellery. Delivery times have now improved, but may take a little longer than usual. 

USA & Europe Orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For (£12.50 flat rate for jewellery or a small bowl). Delivery to the rest of the world is likely to be £15 flat rate (for jewellery or a small bowl), but may also be higher depending on the destination country).

The delivery time for international orders will vary according to location.


PACKAGING

Where possible, I use packing materials recycled from other businesses. Pots are packed in boxes filled either with biodegradable packing noodles or recycled shredded paper and jewellery is delivered in environmentally friendly Jiffy Green padded envelopes. These have a 100% recycled paper fibre lining and are fully recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable. I will be switching to paper bubblewrap and paper tape when I run out of my current supplies.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item for a refund, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it, provided that it is undamaged and unused. You are responsible for the careful return of the item and all returns must be sent via recorded post with a tracking code provided. Please contact me at info@katietimson.co.uk beforehand.
